SLEEP365®Reviews of sleep365.com

Amazing pillow, perfect for a very picky sleeper. Planning on ordering another pillow and maybe a couple more! No bad smells whatsoever! Soft and just the right thickness, not too big, finally.

Very good customer service, very responsive and gave us a discount on the replacement coil evrn though out of warranty

Great mattresses, excellent service, thanks Edwin!

★★★★★ An exceptional experience from beginning to end. We recently purchased a Naturepedic Halcyon from Sleep365, and the entire experience has been genuinely wonderful. Buying a mattress at this level is a significant decision, so having a team that is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping you find the right configuration made all the difference. What drew us to the Halcyon was the combination of incredible workmanship and materials. The organic cotton, organic latex, organic wool, alpaca, and cashmere create a feel that is very difficult to find in a modern mattress. It has the luxury and comfort you hope for, but without relying on the conventional materials and construction found in so many high-end mattresses. Naturepedic’s attention to certifications and material transparency was also important to us. Knowing that the mattress is made with certified organic materials and carries certifications such as GOTS, GOLS, EWG VERIFIED, MADE SAFE, and GREENGUARD Gold gave us a level of confidence in what we’re bringing into our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are immediately apparent. And then there is Sleep365. Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful and responsive. Hats off to Richard, he always took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different configurations, and never made us feel pressured. The team was exceptionally accommodating with delivery, bedding, and accessories. What impressed us most was the service AFTER the purchase. After living with the mattress for a while, we decided we wanted to try a slightly different latex configuration. Sleep365 worked with us to make the change and shipped the replacement layer directly to our home. That kind of service is rare. We are thrilled with the Halcyon, but just as importantly, we feel really good about the people and company standing behind it. Hands down, if you’re looking for an organic mattress made with exceptional natural materials and craftsmanship, I highly recommend visiting Sleep365 and taking the time to experience these mattresses for yourself. The product is exceptional. The people make the experience even better. Thank you!

Our Sleep365 installers were amazing—so professional and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. This is the most comfortable bed we’ve ever owned, and the split firmness (firm on one side, soft on the other) has been a real game changer.

This review is way overdue. We bought the EOS and tried different latex layer swaps but nothing seemed to work. Went back to the store and Antonette helped us to put together different layers to try. We decided to exchange the EOS for the Pillowtop EOS. The latex and microcoil layers combo turns out to work best for us! The latex layer provides the softness while the microcoils layer offers contour support. This combo simply works like a charm for both of us. Special thanks to Antonette for all your patience, flexibility, and professional advice, much appreciated! The 100 days layer swap program is extremely helpful too!

Great sales service. Great delivery. Great bed!

I bought the 1.5” ultra low-profile foundation for my king size bed. So far so good. The product appears to be well-made and I haven’t run into any issues. One small note is the Velcro system used to attach the slats to the frame. It’s kind of a pain to install given how easily Velcro can grip on to things, but once it’s in you don’t have to think about it.
