Slate & TellReviews of slateandtell.com

I will say, when my original ring crumbled on my honeymoon after about 2 weeks of wear, I was devastated and determined to get my money back and go elsewhere. The process to get the situation remedied was frustrating, until I finally received a call from Isaac, the ceo himself. He replaced my ring with an entirely new piece and gave me an upgrade at no charge. He even promised to ship it next week. I am optimistic that this piece will be everything I’m wanting. In my experience, it paid to keep advocating for what you want resolved (or be really annoying until you can talk to the guy in charge)!

Isaac was excellent in his communication. He shared his personal cell and was very attentive in his responses to my questions. The ring I ordered is spectacular and my fiancee is going to simply love it!

I worked directly with Isaac throughout the process of getting an engagement ring. He was very informative and keep me up to date on the entire process. I would definitely recommend using Slate & Tell. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and couldn’t be happier!

My husband ordered me a new wedding set. White gold with 6ct center stone, also ordered 2 bands that they custom made specifically for my ring. Absolutely perfect!! I am more than happy. Isaac stayed in communication with me through the entire process with updates, questions etc. I can’t say enough good things. I am just overjoyed.

I would give Slate & Tell zero stars if I could. I paid approximately $1,200 for a ring, and within 24 hours it turned my fiancée’s finger green. We took it to an independent jeweler and were told the ring/materials were not what we believed we had purchased. What makes it worse is that I sent nearly 20 emails trying to resolve this, and they went unanswered. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank, file a small-claims lawsuit, and hire a collection company to recover my money. Even the collection company’s attempts to contact them went unanswered. I gave this company every opportunity to make things right. Instead, I’ve had to go through banks, courts, and collections over a $1,200 purchase. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone before purchasing from Slate & Tell. EDIT: Isaac, you never responded to the countless emails, the small-claims correspondence, or my repeated attempts to resolve this directly with you. I ordered the ring in January and didn't even receive it until more than two months later because of repeated delays. Within 24 hours of receiving it, I contacted you asking for a full refund and specifically asked where I needed to return the ring. From that point forward, my emails were repeatedly ignored. You had countless opportunities to address this privately and chose not to. It wasn't until I posted a public review that suddenly I received a response within hours.
