We’re sorry to hear that the sofa cover did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback. Please note that our sofa covers are designed with anti-slip features to help reduce movement, but depending on the sofa material, shape, and usage conditions, some adjustment may still be needed. Adding the included foam sticks/tucking the fabric into the gaps can also help improve the fit and stability. We’re also sorry to hear about the snag. We would be happy to look into this issue and help find a suitable solution. Please feel free to contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and apologize that we were not able to address your return and refund concerns sooner. We would like to clarify that we are always willing to assist customers with returns and refunds, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a product does not meet expectations. However, once a case is submitted through PayPal, the resolution process is handled by PayPal directly, and we must wait for their review and final decision. Unfortunately, the timeline and outcome of the claim are not something we can control. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused during this process and appreciate your patience. We will continue working to improve our communication and customer service experience to better support our customers.
