Received wrong item
The item received does not match the colour/design ordered. The packaging is labelled “Mocha Rose”, but the product inside is completely different, with a multicoloured geometric pattern (black, white, red, blue, yellow and turquoise). This is not a slight colour variation: it is clearly a different product/design. I waited almost 2 weeks for a product that IS NOT what i ordered.

Slow shipping from China, poor quality, overpriced
Slow shipping, quality of sofa covers is poor, not even close to worth the price. Be warned, slashop.com is a front for cheap goods that are drop shipped directly from China. It took one week for the order to ship, then two more weeks for it to arrive. The quality of the sofa covers is poor; the material cheap and they wrinkle easily. Way over priced for the quality. Look elsewhere

The sofa cover was not as advertised
The sofa cover was not as advertised. Within a day there was a snag on the cover and IT IS NOT slip proof. I am constantly fixing the cover as it slides down from the back. Was not worth the price I paid.

Is definitely as pictured but not pet…
Is definitely as pictured but not pet friendly, i have only had for a week and my pet has pulled threads everywhere and i do understand that the selling point is hair repellent fabric but if my pet is pulling threads then i don't want her on the cover…. Defeats the purpose of this cover

Ripoff
I read a 4-year-old post that Slashop is a complete scam and figured a company that's been in business this long couldn't be. I was wrong. Beware, you have to "request a return" with a long questionnaire, including submitting photos. Radio silence. And I'm returning an unopened item. I bought two and the one that I put on the sofa is a piece of junk that barely fits and won't stay tucked in.

Not sold as seen and not waterproof as advertised
I was so hopeful this product was going to be as described and the quality I wanted for our sofas. This was not the case - the blankets are one sided so can’t be turned over, they are a whole lot thinner than expected - my partner put her nails through it with no effort and the most important thing - they were sold as waterproof pet blankets - well they are not waterproof - my kitten had an accident and it went straight through - so not sold as seen, not as described and not value for money- and I genuinely wanted them to be good 🤬

Don't be fooled by the USA website
Don't be fooled by the USA website. Ships from China and took over a month to arrive. The cover was unremarkable - had a better one from Wilko for a third of the price
