The part I ordered ended up being on back order but it did not say that on the website. I’ve been grounded for two weeks waiting on simple engine mounts. When I contact SkyGeeks and asked them to ship them overnight once the parts came in I was told no. Still grounded and don’t have my parts. I will never buy from them again.

Customer service is subpar. When I finally got a response via email to my question about a part they had listed, it didn't answer my question, which I thought very clear initially...so after days of awaiting that response, I responded back saying that they didn't answer my question and they responded they weren't technicians... All I was asking them do was verify the part number to the description...their part number and description didn't match the vendors...simple stuff, but since they aren't "technicians", apparently it's just too hard. I'll order from Wix or Wag Aero.

Hi Phil, It does look like the Flasher you ordered was out of stock when the order was placed. I do see the initial confirm we sent on 01/18 indicated we expect to ship this on/around March 18th. I do not see anything from the vendor right now that indicates that would be pushed out further.
