Hi Jim, I understand. I do see that the product needs to be used by the end of May. If a shelf life requirement is not mentioned, we will make sure that the product can still be used within a 1+ month timeframe. If you do not need a product for immediate, or use within the next few months, then I would recommend adding a % shelf life requirement on checkout, or send a purchase order. I see what you mean. This item was not shipping from our NY warehouse and the order went through very fast, which is usually a good thing. I do see when we received your cancellation request, we reached out immediately to see if we could cancel the order; at this point, the package already had tracking and would need to be returned for cancellation. In some cases, cancellation fees do apply and we try not to charge fees where we can.
