It’s insulting not to get any reply to my messages for months. I backed the Extremity project on Kickstarter, and they simply don’t give any updates, don’t ship it, and don’t respond when you ask. I’m still waiting for their answer. Don’t support anything from them… it’s a disgrace.

I am waiting for my GIJoe books for 8 months now. They can’t even reply for my ticket I made 5 months ago. Worst Publisher ever, I am going to be very serious. Don’t you ever think to order from Skybound anything.

My son placed an order & paid for INVINCIBLE "Compendium 2" over 3 months ago and it has still not been shipped or delivered. Despite several attempts to get this resolved, we still have no idea where or order is or if we will actually receive it. If we get a resolution asap i will consider changing my review but for now i would recommend not to purchase from this company.
Disappointed
They don't send the merchandise, don't answer to e-mails or complaints, where I come from this business model is called a scam. Wouldn't recommend to the worst enemy, don't order from them.

Ordered the invincible compendiums in February, they told me it was shipped but I never got any info on where the package was. I submitted a ticket asking for any updates, got an answer saying they’d keep an eye on it and keep me updated. It’s been 19 days and my ticket is still processing with no reply.

Hello i bought callisto protocol collector's edition and when i received the packages the statue was missing the base and was broke aswell i tried to talk with the customer service for a refund and they never respond back

I emailed the support at Skybound back in December and got frustrated after several emails with no results and finally emailed the webstore account out or desperation. Weeks of emails with Customer Service and never once have they emailed me back with an update on my refund. Vague promises and reassurances that have amounted to nothing, they have never once kept their promise. I'm starting to doubt if I'm even writing with a real human being.

Note, anything related to Kickstarter campaigns do not go to our support team but rather, directly to the folks working on the Kickstarter.
