An All Around Quality Experience
I purchased a groupon for Skin Spa. I looked up the locations in the area and was happy to find one within 2 blocks of my office. The outer appearance of the building is blah but the ambiance and decor of the skin spa facility is gorgeous. Patricia was the technician that gave me a brazilian and underarm wax. I was in and out in about 30-45 mins. All around a great experience. I even purchased the multi pass to come back for future visits.

It was most relaxing photofacial I've ever had!
Kelly @ 60th st location is awesome!! Highly recommend her.

Crummy customer service - subpar experience
It was an super mediocre experience. The woman who did my facial was super rude and basically insulted me for never having gotten a facial before and having clogged skin. She tried to get me to buy a microderm abrasion on top of the facial. I told her I didn't have the money, she scoffed and kept insisting. It's not fun to be insulted. After all that the girl at the register said that a 20% tip on the ORIGINAL price was EXPECTED. Pretty sure that's not how tipping works...

Love this place.
I had Diego at the Lexington and 40 th branch. AWESOME! I had two others as well and they were both really good. Front staff is very polite and friendly.

Overall Spa Experience
Overall I was please with the Aesthetician who provided my service. However, I was unable to be in a relaxed state because there was a lot of outside noise. The front staff should be more mindful of the noise level when clients are being serviced.

The Only Place I Trust
I was introduced to Skin Spa by a friend 4 years ago and I have not gone anywhere else since. Julia does an excellent job with my Brazilian waxes and facials and my skin has truly never looked better. Product-wise, we fine-tuned my routine and I'm thrilled with the results. I am happy to work around Julia's availability because she is that good. My waxes are painless and my facials/peels really brighten my skin.

Facial Review
Services provided by Daria was excellent. She was friendly and well aware of what she was doing as she carefully explained step by step the entire procedure. I was early for my scheduled appointment and she even saw me before. She was knowledgeable and even recommended products that I should use.

Most painless brazilian ever from Eva
I made a last minute appointment for a brazilian and Eva was great! It was very thorough and as close to painless of a brazilian as I have gotten!
