Wonderful experience, very friendly staff.

I felt very comfortable and all my questions were answered. All staff that I came across we're so friendly and made me not feel nervous at all.

I was excited to get a genesis and ipl limelight facial before leaving on a special trip. I was on limited time because my flight was that evening. I arrived 5 minutes early and at no time was told my technician was behind. I mentioned I was catching a flight and instead of trying to accommodate me they simply asked what time my flight was. I walked out after waiting for 30min and no one even called to apologize or offer an incentive to return. Extremely unprofessional and aloof.

I found Skin Spa online and figured it would be an average experience due to the first time customer discount of 65% of what other NYC spas charge for a basic facial I was happily surprised that my experience was not just above average but exceptional. So much in fact that I bought a series so I can continue to enjoy affordable, quality beauty treatments. Lisette was my facialist and she spent well over the allotted hour attending to my needs while also giving one of the best massages ever. There was no, here's the mask part of the facial when the facialist leaves for 20 minutes and then returns and wraps you up just under the hour. When that mask is on, Lisette still made sure I was being treated luxuriously. I can't say enough about this spa experience. Unless you have deep pockets and don't care how you spend your money, I highly suggest you give them a shot and I promise you'll be overjoyed you did.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the city. Compared to majority of the spas in the city the prices that they charge are a steal when you consider the service and hospitality you get. I have been to some extremely expensive places and they did not treat me as well as they did and it was only a fraction of the cost. I had Vanessa and she was so caring and was trying to look out for my skin and me. It has been 5 days since my facial and treatment and I can see a dramatic difference in my skin.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Felt relaxed the entire time.

1) Reception staff can be incredibly rude 2) If tipping is a culture, in today's day and age forcing the consumer to carry cash OR pay an ATM fee is simply too much friction 3) Scheduling is always difficult and there is hardly any understanding for working professionals 4) I've had 2 instances where it was scheduled and the reminder sent to the wrong email. Then I was blamed for coming at the wrong time (which was clearly a mis communication).
