The 2 counselor's did a good job with the webinar and were helpful in letting people with our problem know that we are not alone, and their talk helped relieve some of the social embarrassment one feels with having this issue.

The two webinars recently hosted by Arturo Castellanos were deeply informative. The parallels he made between our compulsions and AA were appropriate and tactful. I’m glad he was open to answering questions, however I think it might have been better to wait to the end. It was distracting to have them interspersed. He was so thoughtful and sincere. I’d love to have him be my personal therapist!

The tips and psychological insights may be very helpful for younger people. Unfortunately, my husband is elderly with Alzheimer’s dementia, and would not participate in any exercises.

Ivana was such a pleasure to work with, and easy to talk to. She really helped me heal and grow, and I am forever grateful. I appreciate all of the time she spent with me, for taking the time to get to know me, and for her feedback and insight. The program is structured well, and I learned a lot over this past year. I had a lot of rocks to turn over and the program, coupled with Ivana’s support, helped me address all the things that were hiding there! I really appreciate the email/messaging forum, as sometimes you’re just not up for communicating in person. Thank you so much and all the best!

This program is great!! I've found it very helpful and have walked around in public for the past 2 weeks without any makeup on my face (to cover any picking marks) which I never thought I would be able to do! I didn't even complete the full 8 sessions because I'm still pulling myself together in other areas and I was moving through the program really slow so the cost was adding up. The only downside was that I tried to get a bill statement to try to submit part of it to my insurance/my HRA and that has been a headache!! They do not seem to have an official billing statement so neither my insurance or HRA wants to accept the bill statement (which I had to request because you can't get it from your account) as it just looks like a PayPal receipt. It has been a challenge getting someone to respond much less respond in a timely manner. I couldn't get the app to work and after emailing back and forth with someone from the program just gave up on that aspect of the program and just focused on the sessions. Other than the communication issues, which felt like pulling teeth/made me want to repeatedly hit my head into a wall, I really, really like the program and found it very helpful! I would still recommend them but also hope they organize their customer assistance a bit better and provide a customer assistance phone number.

This program was a great way to start handling picking compulsions. The therapist I had was very thoughtful and helped me through a lot of tough situations. The lessons themselves were very useful, I found. This program is nice because you can go at your own pace without overbearing pressure. For me, this program didn't completely "heal" my compulsions, but rather set me on the right track for the future. Nonetheless the program itself was very neatly laid out and the therapist I had was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone who needs a push in the right direction.

I found this program extremely helpful. It helped me get to the source of my picking and a better understanding of this issue. I have had good success with the program overall.
