Huge waste of time, money, and effort
A couple of years ago I went through this entire program. It took over a year and I wasted over $2,000! It did not help with picking. If anything, it made it worse. The entire program was just writing these long form answers to simple questions that I already knew the answers to and had already discussed a million times in therapy. It was like having a homework assignment where I had to write pointless essays all the time to tell myself what I already knew. It added work, pressure, and stress to my life and a certain amount of shame for not completing them more quickly. I did not get to talk to a therapist in real time once. The therapist would just add more questions to answer and our only communication was through these essays (no video or phone or in person conversations). I would highly recommend avoiding this program and saving your money for other types of therapy.
