I’ve lost 20 pounds doing the 40 day protocol and I’m feeling great. I’m well rested, energetic and loving life. I’ve got about 10-15 more pounds to lose and will continue this process again after my 3 week retrain session. I love the food on this program. Simple meals and fun to mix up my combinations. Thanks for making this fun and easy to do.

Ordering was easy including locating discount coupons . Shipping is a little costly at almost $10
