Item was order in Nov 26th. I’ve yet been o receive the product. It’s been in transit in the USPS system. So it’s difficult to give you 5 stars for using the mail service knowing that it’s delivering percentage has decrease and that all over the news.

You need an app to enter food and daily weight. It was most helpful on a similar plan that I followed. It showed your progress on a chart. It had drop down menus to select which foods you consumed the day before. You also logged water intake and noted any challenges. Beyond that I have not yet started your drops. I am just finishing up my 1st lose phase on a different program. Planning to start the next 3 week phase with your Maintain drops and then round 2 of losing with your Lose drops.
