Hello Tanika, We are sorry Skinny Up!® wasn't a fit for you. When people use our products and follow our protocol, they typically consume around 3,000 calories per day coming straight from the stored nutrition in the visceral fat. So yes, calories through the mouth are not a large number, but calories from within are. That's why people aren't hungry when they do our protocol. We find that for most people, all health markers improve.
