I have bought skinny up before several years ago from a retailer amd was satisfied. However, when I recieved my package so quickly I was suprised. Then, when I opened it up and saw how lovingly everything was packed together with a postcard and my name hand written on it and spelled right it made me feel special. It made me feel like I will have support through this journey and it motivated me to begin asap. Thank you!

Great product, you must follow protocol in order to lose weight. I first compromised some and was not as committed as I should have been, and did not see results. Once I got serious about really wanting to lose weight, not deviating from the program I saw results.

Weight loss is an overwhelming endeavor, especially if there has been limited success with weight loss programs. Skinny Up! actually works in the manner described. However, you MUST follow the plan detailed in the protocol to experience the best results. I recommend you join the Facebook group and reach out to the Skinny Up! staff for support during your weight loss journey. The support and encouragement from the group help move you through the bumps and ruts that generally occur in any weight loss journey.
