The drops are difficult to hold under my tongue for a minute because they make me salivate so much. The food list is so restrictive - I don't like fish or seafood, so that is more my problem. And elk and buffalo?? However, I have lost 5 pounds in 10 days - which makes it worth it. Overall, I would recommend this diet.

I did the 40 day protocol. I was only able to to lose 18lbs and it all came off in the first 29 days. The last 11 days was stressful and frustrating. I did not reach my goal. I did have a lot of change and stress in my day to day life at the time of the protocol. I am going to try to do a shorter protocol to see if I can finally reach my goal. I did lose weight. Customer service is helpful. Some of the instructions are vague. If you are having a difficult time losing weight with a traditional diet this will absolutely work.
