Hi, The reason why I am giving you three stars is the reduced potency. As I mentioned in previous reviews I feel the product lacks potency. I have tried other products and their products did reduce my cravings. The Skinnyup products did assist in my weight loss however, I feel most of the weight loss is due to my ability to stick to the diet plan. I would recommend this product to people who have seriously dieted in the past and know how to make real sacrifices. Thank you,

I lost 12lbs pretty quickly then put 5lbs back on during the Maintain phase. Then started a second round and lost 3lbs right away and then I've been stuck there. So only net 10lbs weight loss for two rounds. Admittedly, halfway through the second Reduce phase I switched up the food a bit more as I was so sick of chicken breast and white fish. I am allergic to shellfish so that was not an option for me. Nevertheless, it seems that even if I lose using the Reduce it just comes right back.

To be honest I do not like the new formula for the Yeast redux and the new droppers are hard to open....Something changed about the formula where its a milkly creamy taste and gritty just not a fan of it...I hope you guys go back to the old formula
