Hey Marjorie, thanks for giving us a review! There is definitely no excuse for not returning your call promptly, so we apologize again. Like we explained, we have to prioritize scheduled coaching calls and then we return calls in the order that they are received. This typically doesn't leave someone waiting for so long, but it just didn't work out so well in your case. We are making changes to make sure that this does not happen again.
