I love this product and my results. I'm only 11 days in and have lost 7 pounds. I did a similar diet a few years ago and lost 25 in 6 weeks. I only really "need" to lose 10, but I'm going for 15. I'm not hungry, and feel good. Only criticism is that I'm at day 12 tomorrow and I'm through the first bottle already. I'm concerned that the second bottle will only get me to day 22. But it definitely works!

I first used skinny up three years ago. I had lost about twenty lbs. The second year I lost about fifteen, and last year about ten. I waited after each loss about a year making sure I could keep it off. I did gain a little between the first and second series and kept it off . I am now about to start another series and hope to loose the last fifteen. I feel great and would advise anyone who is interested to give it a try. It works!
