This is my first time using Skinny Up. I have used a similar method through a Metabolic Weight Loss clinic. From the information I have gotten from Skinny Up is almost the same with the same product only with Skinny Up I saved at least $700 dollars. If you follow the Skinny Up protocol without deviation, you WILL have results! It's the best program I've tried for losing weight in a reasonably short period of time - and I've tried many programs over the years. It's simple - narrows your options so you don't/won't cheat, and the drops keep you from being hungry. I'm sold on this program and just wish I could keep it off better. Maybe this time I'll try to do better on the Maintenance program.
