Used to love Skagen watches. A recent watchband and battery needed replacing; it was cheaper to purchase a new Skagen watch. The second hand got stuck after 2.5 months, under warranty. It is now 3 weeks after sending it to them at my expense, having been assessed at $26 to repair and ship, which I refused to pay, and they sent it back without fixing it! Said it is my fault because I didn't include receipt, even though this purchase is in my records on their website. Bad product, bad service.

Ich wollte ein Retourenlabel für ein bestelltes Produkt anfordern und versuche nun schon seit Tagen eine funktionierende Telefonnummer oder Mailadresse zu finden. Alle Telefonnummern aus der Bestellbestätigung oder dem Onlineshop sind nicht vergeben. Die E-Mails werden entweder nicht beantwortet und auch hier kommen einige direkt wieder mit dem Hinweis zurück, dass es den Empfänger nicht gibt. Auch über die Kontaktdaten von Fossil geht es nicht. Kauft dort auf keinen Fall, wenn ihr euch vorher nicht 100% sicher seit, ob ihr das Produkt behalten möchtet. Kundenservice ist quasi nicht vorhanden.

I have bought many watches from Skagen over the years and always been happy until the latest episode. They sent me a watch that does not work, it is an obvious return that has just been resent out. Tried their customer services people who are worse than useless and treated me like I was their employee. Apparently I ‘need’ to print off the label and return it - and they will refund me…yes I am sure that I will throw good money after bad. Failed on delivery, took my money - send obvious 2nd hand, broken watch. Will never buy from them again and if you value your money I suggest that you give them a wide berth too. Horrible company, lousy quality and useless standard of customer service

UNGLAUBLICH! Hybrid-Uhr bestellt - nach einem Monat waren die Zeiger falsch kalibriert, nach 4 Wochen kam die Uhr KAPUTT von der Reparatur zurück - weder Laden noch Einschalten war mehr möglich. Seit dem versuche ich, über den absolut nutzlosen Kundendienst einen Umtausch oder eine erneute Reparatur zu erwirken, leider sprechen die Personen dort aber nicht genug Deutsch, um mein Anliegen zu verstehen. Versprochene Emails kommen nicht an, die Kommunikation ist extrem schlecht. Was soll ich tun, um endlich eine funktionierende Uhr zu bekommen?

I love my Skagen watch and wear it 24/7 Have just had it in for minor repair and I couldn’t fault the service from start to finish of the company Dropped it into Fossil in Sydney CBD They have kept in touch throughout the quoting process It was mailed back and is now working perfectly and back on my wrist I’d buy another Skagen in a heart beat Great quality, sleek, elegant and people always comment on its appearance. It’s very different and a stand out Danish brand probably not so well known in Australia making it unique

Purchased a watch in March. Lasted 3 months. I've only worn the watch twice. Absolute garbage

Delighted with Skagen watch recently purchased online on 9/6/21 which I received on 16/06/21. The reason I am not giving 5 Stars. I was notified on the 10 & 11 June 2021 that my order was processed and had been dispatched with UPS with estimated delivery for 17/6/21 and a tracking number would be made available. On the 14/6/21 I had to contact via email for tracking number and received reply 15/6/21 with tracking number and apology that this had not been provided earlier. It was only after this email that info on UPS system seemed to be updated which showed label for watch was created on 11/6/21 and watch was dispatched on 15 June 21. I would have no hesitation to order future products from this retailer again however I do strongly believe to avoid the negative reviews especially in relation to delivery problems ( Fossil chief executive to review ) please ensure items are not detailed as dispatch without tracking info being available and only detailing dispatched notification on the date order is uplifted by UPS.
