My sionyx sport needed repair. They were so kind as to send me a replacement. Best service ever.

Ordered (and paid for) on June 30. Received "order shipped" email 2 Jul.... they lied, because they didn't even release the item to FedEx until 7 July(the day my Aurora was supposed to have been delivered) Zero customer service. You call them, and unless you have a secret extension #, your only option is to leave a message, which they ignore anyway. Poor form. The rest of the nightmare is on FedEx, because it's apparently being transported by goat. 5 days later....item sits at each location for a few days.

I'm very pleased and impressed with my Aurora pro. Excellent product and great customer service.

I have always enjoyed their exceptional customer service and very responsive customer service representatives. I would highly recommend their products for anyone looking to get into night vision activities.

Great product, Great Service

I had some questions and went online to your company about them. You sent me an e-mail telling me that someone from your company would be in contact with me shortly. No one ever contacted me. I went ahead and purchased one of your Pro's and am happy with the product. If your persistence with follow-up was as good as your persistence in getting a review, you would have gotten 5 stars!

I am impressed with my Sionyx Aurora Pro Explorer. It truly can see further into the darkness spectrum, and does perform best in the darkest conditions. I highly recommend the Sionyx Pro, you won't be disappointed. From the case to the camera itself; this is great camera equipment. This is my second Aurora camera. I got my first one (the green one) through their Kickstarter campaign, so I've been a long time Sionyx customer. They're great products!

After ordering and receiving the Sionyx kit...Found some issues. I charged all the batteries that were part of the kit. The Night camera worked really great! This kit came with a Flashlight (I Love Flashlights!) BUT this flashlight never turned on. I checked the battery but it never turned on. I wrote a previous review that stated it did not work. Later, I got an email from Tech Support (Jason - Thanks) telling me that this Flashlight is an IR light! You can NOT see IR BUT the camera can see it! I tried again in the dark after sun went down...IT WORKS! This is FUN in the DARK! Thank You Jason, Michael
