The customer service I received was great. I lost my mast in a 35knot+ wind when I was rounding a race mark. My Simrad is20 was ripped off the top of the mast. We were able to retrieve the wind sensor but lost the mounting base and the cable was trashed. This unit was still working but since it was an obsolete unit I thought I would never find a base to mount it. Thanks to Tech Rep Craig B. he found one for me and know I have my very accurate instruments back!

New GO5 failed after 1 year of use. Simrad took 7 weeks to replace with an upgrade for an additional $125. Another 3 weeks were wasted trying to get all the accessories that should have come with an upgraded unit. Terrible technicians and terrible service. I would not buy another Simrad product.
