The stuff came accurately and quickly
The stuff came accurately and quickly. I was unable to order a whole new set of three is20 suncovers as the site would not accept any other quantity than one. Why not sell three in the same box?
Response from Simrad YachtingMay 10, 2022
Hi, Timothy. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. We will ask the web team to see if this can be fixed. We do see what you're talking about, it will not let you choose anything but 1. We will work to correct this. Thanks again!

I ordered the newer NSX 12” unit and was shipped the older XSE 12” unit. Tried to reach out to Navico and was told they are only taking email inquiries. Very poor customer service response and no one has reached out to me after 2 weeks to resolve my issue. I will never buy Simrad again after this incident. I have resorted to filing a claim thru my Credit Card company since I cannot get any help from Navico.
Response from Simrad YachtingApr 29, 2022
We're so sorry for the error, Charles. I do see that our orders team did reach out yesterday and you had requested to do a return. The situation has be escalated and this will be resolved as you wish. Our apologies for the issues.
