Could have been faster, but overall, I am happy with the PC. And I expect that most of the delays were out of Simply Nuc's control. I am just getting started with the unit, but it so far is exactly what I wanted.

Great product I'm using the product as a small ESXi server for my home lab and it works great. Real space saver and low power consumption.

I am a MAC user, but from time to time I need an Intel based PC for work. The Intel NUC 13 Extreme Kit is the best option I have found, it has all the options I need and more. The quality is very high, the noise is almost non-existent, I love this system and I can customize it to my liking without paying for parts that I am going to replace. “Simply NUC” worked great - I received my NUC in 4 business days.

There was a SATA cable missing from the box. SimplyNUC overnighted the cable. Amazing customer service!!

Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.

This NUC keeps working. I leave this computer on 24/7, it has no problems, it never breaks. Lots of connectivity. I've installed Windows 10, Ubuntu, Mint, Suse & all worked w/ no issue. I dont have any complaints

I called to get a better understanding of the different machines available. Got affirmation that what I was looking to get was going to suit my needs perfectly. Got a quote on price and time, price was spot on and time was delivered well under what I was expecting! I now have a reasonably priced rig for gaming and training simple NNs, Couldn't be happier!
