Even though my new PC turned out to be out-of-stock, I was notified of this immediately, given an estimated delivery date, and also given an alternative product to purchase if I wanted. I decided to wait, and I'm glad because my PC shipped about two months earlier than the estimate. Given the current conditions with COVID-19, I'm very pleased with the customer service I recieved.

The sales team stayed in constant contact as my first order from China was delayed. They helped me cancel that order and order an alternative machine from Germany. The sales team further relayed information from the builder as my custom machine was built and shipped promptly.

Happy with the product I ordered, but the shipping cost wast ridiculous. bought a very small very lightweight fan could have fit in a standard size envelope paid more in shipping than the cost of the product for delivery within the same state.

Was planning on using this as my daily driver and (soon to be purchased) CNC. Overall build quality and packaging is great. Performance and sound level has met expectations. One thing that i feel that was lacking was documention (at least that i could find). Hoping this will come with time. Some basic explanation of BIOS configuration options would be nice. For OS, i decided to go with Gentoo Linux. Kernel configuration was pretty straightforward. For those interested, i created a general guidance doc with .config file for getting started (search “gentoo-sequoia-install” on GitHub).

I could not be happier with my experience. This is one of the greatest companies in America providing a truly awesome product. I did my own research online but it wasn't until I contacted the company that I was convinced I could not go wrong. These units are somewhat custom made to order so I thought I might have to wait a week or more. Nope! Was on my doorstep in 3 or 4 days. I will be a repeat customer. Desktop replacement was my first use case. Home theater will be next! Thanks very much Simply NUC.
