Bought TWO computers and love them!
I bought a small-footprint PC for my office and loved it so much I bought another one for home. The sales associate was very attentive, and both computers arrived very promptly after the order. Both computers are plugging away now some three years after purchase. I could not be happier with this company or its products.

Serpent Canyon - Excellent Choice - Service - From first call to the final sale!
The Serpent Canyon - My fav NUC! Charlotte from the very first call to the final sale.. We went back and forth! She remained patient and always remained in contact with questions answered. I am pretty stoked.. about my Serpent Canyon! It comes with the latest Intel ARC GPU and I already am creating some excellent 3D models. Overall, so far very happy with the Purchase. I really love my NUC! The folks at SimplyNUC are amazing! You are not just a number! They treat you like Family!

I had no difficulties
I had no difficulties. I submitted my on-line order, got an email back early the next business day. They quoted a one week lead time. A week and a day later I was informed it was shipping and it arrived the next day (though I only paid for 2-day shipping). It was well packaged, though the inner product box was a little difficult to open

Topaz 2 is very nice
Great product, and shipped quite quickly! For Linux, for best results update to the mainline v6 kernel, but everything works great. I do wish that the Simply NUC Configurator would work with Topaz 2; it looks like the new product doesn't have a `dimensions` property which breaks the configurator add-to-cart.
