I chose Simply Moving based on: * Yelp reviews, * a quick online response and reasonable price quote via Yelp including the Yelp Deal, * a followup phone conversation, and * an emailed written estimate. My job was small but too much for a man-with-van: a few pieces of bedroom furniture going from one borough to another. Simply Moving was able to give me a price similar to a man-with-van and the date I wanted without any problem. I paid the deposit online with a credit card. On moving-day morning, I knew the truck was on its way when my credit card was charged with the remainder. Two guys arrived nearly on time (there was traffic, and they called to let me know). They were very friendly, worked quickly, wrapped my furniture well, and moved it carefully, including disassembling and reassembling the bed frame. Their truck and wrapping blankets were clean. There was no damage to any of my items. There were truly no hidden fees and no glitches. If they had gotten a parking ticket I wouldn't have had to pay it or even share it. The whole process was stress-free and pleasant. Very professional! Highly recommend!

I didn't have a great amount of stuff but I was pleased with the manner in which they went about protecting my sofas, tv stand mattress, etc. Professional and courteous guys. Well done I would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

Great experience beginning to end. Called 3 days before needing to move. Marcos was more than accommodating with scheduling and provided me with an excellent quote. Mirian provided my building management with all of the required documents immediately. Our movers Mitchell & Keith were PHENOMENAL!!!!! They were on time, professional, courteous and funny. I don't plan on moving any time soon but I would not hesitate to use Simply Moving again and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The moving men came on time and went right to work. They worked steadily (without a lunch break) until the job was completed. They were polite and pleasant and were willing to do whatever needed to be done (even last minute decisions) without complaint. They even picked up the boxes left on the sidewalk before they drove off at the end of the job. I would use them again in a minute, and certainly recommend them to my friends. Extremely professional from beginning to end!
