Simply MovingReviews of simplymovingny.com

These movers are amazing. Marcus was great with the pricing. Nicolas, Sergio, and Darolbi (apologies if I miss spelled his name) were AMAZING!!!! I had lots of expensive items even a 5ft by 3ft full glass mirror. These guys were efficient and moved my items with such care. I felt like family with the movers. As the movers were working another a military officer who was coordinating a move for his mom was waiting over an hour and a half for his rag tag movers. After seeing the Simply Moving guys he said next time he would use Simply Moving. My co-op loved how safe and efficient they were. I have already recommended them to new tenants. They arrived early and completed pretty much a 1 bed 1 bath move in 5 hours from packing uploading and unpacking. Now I HAD TONS OF STUFF emphasis on TONS. I am recommending them to everyone!!! If I ever had to move again I would not hesitate to use simply moving! Thank you all so very much. The move was the easiest part of the move. I love Simply Moving! -JRG

Simply moving made a stressful situation like moving, painless!! Omar and his crew were amazing, efficient, and professional. Not only were they nice guys, they explained things the entire time. They even saw me pulling items from my storage unit (that wasn't associated with the move/quote) and stopped me, stating "That's too heavy for you, we will carry it." They were good guys in a world where it seems everyone is trying to get over on you. Simply moving even followed up with a phone call and email to assess the service provided!

Timely, pleasant, excellent job! Would recommend to others

Could not have had a better experience. The team was punctual and efficient and had a great attitude despite the weather. I've already started recommending Simply Moving to my friends.

Awesome job! The crew was amazing, they were efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I was very nervous about the whole process due to the bulkiness of my furniture, but they eased my fears right away. They knew exactly what to do and how to tackle each task. They were very thorough and I would highly recommend using this company! 10 stars.

I would likely use Simply Moving again for the reasonably priced service. There were 3 movers and 2 of them were super polite and did things like ask to use the restroom and call me ma'am. The 3rd guy though plugged in his phone to charge it without asking and then proceeded to get numerous phone calls. When his phone rang, the ring tone had curse words and it was simply unpleasant. Additionally his alarm on his phone went off, and if it wasn't for me turning it off, it would have continued to go off until he came back into the apartment from the truck. Additionally, this same gentleman got into a bit of an argument with one of the maintenance men in my building for blocking up the hallway. All in all though, I am not going to rate this company poorly due to one bad seed. All my belongings were moved out efficiently and the price was perfect for my pocket. The scheduling was easy and the prices are fair.

The guys from Simply moving were amazing. From the start I called about two days before I needed to move which is short notice and they said of course and went through the things that I needed to move. They then sent me the quote which was very responsible for a moving company offering to dismantle if needed, wrap and move all your belongings. Just keep in mind like most companies, IKEA furniture needs to be clarified at the beginning because there might be an extra charge. They called us when they were on the way and ended up coming early!! Even after going over what we had and it being bigger than they expected, the team worked fast and efficiently move everything. When we arrived at the house it took them less than an hour to get everything set up and they hauled all of their debris away. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service they were providing us.

This company has been fantastic from the start. Their prices can't be beat, and their movers were reliable, professional, and fast. They did a great job wrapping up my furniture and completed the entire move in 2 hours, and the couch didn't fit so they brought it back for free. I even got a refund for $25 the day after the move. I would never use any other company and I recommend them 100%
