Simply Moving is the best customer experience that I could have asked for. The team is very attentive and efficient. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. Simply offers on time service, fair pricing, and a great team to work with. Thanks Simply Moving!

Overall our moving experience with Simply Moving was great. I couldn't be happier with our team of movers (headed by Alex). They were all great guys, very careful, friendly and respectful. They took good care of all our belongings and were able to load and unload very quickly. They even assembled some of our furniture for us. The reason why I am not giving Simply Moving the full 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of the physical move, however. What disappointed me the most was the administrative aspect. Even though the guys on the phone were pretty prompt and responsive, I wish they had an online tool for managing your inventory. Whenever any changes needed to be made, I would have to call them on the phone to discuss it and inevitably have a confusion. Everything was settled fairly well at the end, but my quote ended up going up from the original.

They showed up 10 minutes EARLY, were communicative the entire time, friendly, careful with my belongings including antiques, respectful to my family and me, didn't have surprise charges, took apart things to travel safely and then set them up down to placing the lightbulbs in each lamp. I'm a huge fan of Carlos Ramos, my senior relocation consultant, and the team who moved me: Adani (leader extraordinaire), Alex, Radeh and Abey.

All in all these movers were great, prepared and did their job very well. If I were moving myself, I would have taken slightly more care with each item, but overall their judgement was great and the move was very fast. The guys were very polite and professional.

The gentlemen who move my family arrived early and loaded everything promptly and efficiently. They were friendly and well mannered. They set up furniture upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This was a big and tough move for me, and they took away so much of the stress. Can't thank you enough.

Every part of my move process with Simply Moving was excellent and professional. They quickly booked my appointment and made sure that all information was correct. on the day of the move Anthony and Daniel arrived on time and did a great job of quickly and carefully moving everything. They were incredibly professional and stuck to the estimate, Daniel even fixed part of my bed that was broken! (it was previously broken, not broken during the move) I would highly recommend Simply Moving.

Our move crew (Eugene and Charlie, I believe) showed up on the earlier side of the time frame, despite thinking they were going to be running behind because of the rain. I believe a different crew was sent than the one they'd originally planned, as there was a little bit of confusion about what was being done. (We were moving out of the second floor into a U-Haul to store my belongings in the U-Haul for three days until we are able to move into our new apartment. Our crew thought we were moving within the building, and didn't know that Simply was also unloading our stuff at the new building, so they didn't know they were using their own blankets, etc.) After the plan was cleared up with the moving team, they got to work loading the boxes and misc.-sized things into the "attic" and back of the U-Haul, then moved onto wrapping the furniture/mirrors/TV and loading that. The whole process took around two hours and they were both efficient and professional about everything. I was charged the remaining balance of the cost of the move in the morning before the team arrived; it was charged automatically to my credit card, which I have no problem with. We look forward to a team from Simply Moving helping us unload into our new home in a few days.
