Due to back surgery, I needed help. They made the appointment for two days after I called, very fast turnaround time. Mis-communication caused some problems but the management was quick to try to resolve them. If you are unhappy with anything, reach out to them and they will try very hard to resolve whatever situation is going on. Nothing was found broken when unpacking, and that is great. They literally packed EVERYTHING, which is very good. Just be sure to throw out everything you don't want at your new place bc they will pack every item in your home, which is great! Thanks again to Simply Moving for their problem resolution and good work.

The captain (Cirio) arrived a few minutes before the appointed time (coop building with lots of restrictions) and reviewed with us the scope. The crew worked diligently and wrapped up loading within a reasonable time. The delivery and installation went smoothly, no apparent damages, and cleaned up promptly when they were done. The crew more than earned their tips and the sandwiches we got them for lunch (that gesture goes a long way). Job well done !

I was making a local move from Nanuet Ny to new Milford New Jersey (20miles). Simple moving made it so easy and fast. They packed really good that all my things came as same as before moving. They unpacked really fast and moved things around the house patiently until we r satisfied. They are perfect to recommend for anyone who are making a move. If I move again I am coming back to simple moving guys. They are just perfect.
