My eyesight isn't that bad. its about negative 1.5 on each side. So I choose to get my sunglass prescriptions from simple eyeglasses. I choose plastic and chose the shade grey. Initially I was excited when I got the sunglasses. However, after wearing them couple times I notice that the lens have some sort of distortion. Moreover, it feels like I get dizzy when I wear them for a long time. Took a chance with an online company. They didn't deliver the quality I was expecting. I will most definitely not be sending them another pair to do my sunglasses.

Hello Mr. Park, We at Simply Eyeglasses want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. I have looked into your account, I do not see where you have a called in to let us know you are having a problem with your lenses. We guarantee our prescription lenses 100%. Please, contact us and we be happy to remake your lenses or give you a full refund. Thank you, Cindy 1-866-665-6393

These folks stand behind their work even if I make a mistake, which I did. I ordered glass lenses but found them to be too heavy, and they graciously agreed to take them back and replace them with plastic lenses. Not only was this done for free, I even got a small refund because the plastic ones were cheaper. They have a customer for life!

I waited over 2 weeks for my frames to be shipped internationally only to learn then that the frames were discontinued. Poor communication between manufacturer and SimplyEyeGlasses.
Response from SimplyEyeglasses.comJul 14, 2014
Mr. Horne, I do apologize for the delay on your order. Once your new frame selection was received, we did expedite your prescription lenses and upgrade your shipping to help compensate you for the delay. The order was shipped within 16 business days. I hope you are happy with new sunglasses. Have a great day! Thank you! Cindy

I am so happy to know that buying glasses can be so easy. I was very pleased with my glasses and it was easy to get them adjusted at my local Wal-mart. Thank you so much for being there for me. I can find anything I want at your web-site and that makes picking my glasses so much easier.

The product was very good, and exactly what I ordered. I got a really good deal but i found it was a little slow to get the glasses, and the packaging was damaged, luckily the glasses were not.
