SImply Eyeglasses earned a customer for life with my first order. I had chosen a type of lens that I had never used before and ended up not liking them. They let me return them, made new lenses for me and refunded the difference. I was extremely impressed with their quality of service and will count on Simply Eyeglasses to fulfill my glasses and contact lens needs. Not to mention, they are quite a bit cheaper than the competition.

Awesome. Just got my Prada glasses and am so excited. They are 100% authentic and came with the name brand case and holder. The lenses are just like my doctor has done in the past. The communication between myself and Linda was easy. The shipping was much faster than I expected only took about a week. I never ordered eyeglasses online before but would suggest simply eyeglases. I never will buy from anywhere else as these had the best value to price ratio, yet you still get name brand.

I found some frames I liked while out with my husband picking up his glasses at Eye glass world. I went home and found the same frames at SimplyEyeglasses.com for $15 less, and with my progressive lenses, my total was only $195 - I normally pay about $350 for new glasses. I also have vision insurance, so I went to the insurance providers site and found an "out of network" sheet I could fill out and submit - only problem was they needed a detailed invoice, which is not the standard receipt with SimplyEyeglasses.com. I contacted them using their "contact us" link - and by the end of the day Linda had emailed me a detailed invoice for me to submit to my vision insurance - she was great !! So in the end, my glasses that once cost me $350 after insurance paid their part, ended up costing me $50 after insurance !! The lenses are great and the frames fit perfectly - I will definitely be back !!!

I often complain that when I ask a company for a service, it is as if I am speaking past them. Not this company. I had an easy, quick, smart conversation when I called to find specifics for ordering lens for my current frames. I mailed my frames, followed directions, copied my prescription for the package, and had simply FABULOUS eyeglasses in about 10 days. Very pleased with the service, the product, the price. ohhh, and this was after my local mass-market storefront told me that fitting my current frames would be impossible unless I had my lens "pattern" from the manufacturer. I found a pair of designer glasses I really liked at Lenscrafters that were going to cost me over $500. I didn't like the price or the general vibe at the store, so I went online and found the exact same glasses at SimplyEyeglasses. I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online, but I called and got excellent service from a very helpful and personable customer service rep. My new glasses arrived within the time frame promised. They fit great, work great, and look great. I'll never buy glasses in a store again! Why pay more than double the price for the same product?

My boyfriend and I saw these at Lense Crafters (which is out of our network) and we found these on line for much less. They have the silver detail on the sides and they're EXACTLY what we were hoping to get. Satisfied Customers!

I purchased prescription sunglasses and had them made to a new prescription provided by my optometrist. I think he was overly aggressive with the change in strength, as the new sunglasses made me dizzy and disoriented when I tried them. I contacted SimplyEyeglasses to see what remedy was available. They initiated an RMA, paid the return shipping, and replaced the lenses using my old prescription. Now the glasses are perfect. I would have no concerns about ordering from SimplyEyeglasses again. Their prices are very competitive and the customer service is outstanding.
