Customer service tops! Product tops! Eye dr. Had my rx too strong. Sent glasses back....no problem. Great communication. LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE that I would have paid at my eye drs. Highly recommended! !

I ordered a pair of Vera Wang eyeglasses that were discontinued. This site was the very last place that had them. My pair was the very last pair in black that was made from the designer in that particular style. I have same style in regular eyeglasses it's a tortoise style, and I really wanted the same, just in black, in transition eyeglasses. It took me just overs 6 months to find the perfect pair. So, naturally when these came in irregular, I was disappointed. I called the C.S line, and they were more than accommodating. They apologized for the inconvenience (which you don't get that anymore at most places) and then paid for an expedited S&H delivery of them, once they've been aligned properly. They were what C.S should be. I will definitely shop here again.

Although the colour I chose for my frame was unavailable, they wrote to me and even call me to see what I wanted to do and everything went really good. So really good service but kind of disappointed that my colour wasn't available.

It was simple, I ordered the frames but didn't like the color, so I called and spoke to a woman who was very helpful. I sent them back in exchange for another color. Because I moved in that time period, the frames got sent back to Florida (don't know why) but simplyeyeglasses called me (I thought I'd have to do all the work) and the shipped them right back out again to the correct address.

From start to finish I was very happy with Simply Eyglasses. Their communicaiton of each step of the process was quick, professional and courteous. The glasses themselves were exactly as I had asked. I will be sending more glasses their way in the next few months.

My sales person was Great and shipped my glass to me while on vacation! Every transaction from start to finish was smooth. I will be a customer who comes back just because of the service. Also, the selection was the largest I could find and at an affordable price!

For those who read my previous post I find I must offer SimplyEyeglasses.com my sincere and abject apology for posting a review meant for another company with a similar name. While my critique of that company still stands, it DOES NOT apply to SimplyEyeglasses.com. My dealings with SimplyEyeglasses.com were nothing short of pleasant, professional and competent. I am well pleased with the prescription Wiley X safety sunglasses they made for me and have no reservations about recommending them to anyone who is seeking prescription sunglasses that not only stylish but meet and/or exceed Z87-2+ safety standards. Again, my apologies for confusing SimplyEyeglasses.com for another company in my haste to write a review between lunch and getting back to work where I used their excellent product.

Great service. Replaced broken frames as much less cost.
