Already knew what I wanted, so easy transaction. Great price, quick shipping. Thanks so much!
I was looking for the same frame that I currently owneed. My fames had broken and they were not readily available at my optometrists office, so I went on-line to see if I could find them. I not only found them in the exact same size and color that I wanted, but they were about half the price. What a great find. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much!

My purple passion, Love my specks.

The prices are hard to argue with, but if something is going to be backordered the customer should know upfront, not be told after the order is placed.
The minor issues with shipping are worth the price reduction I'd say

Hello Liam, We order all frames directly from the manufacture to ensure authenticity, this keeps our prices low. Everyone in the country orders from the same manufacturers, so inventory changes on a daily basis. I wish there was a way to let our customers know if a frame is back order or has been discontinued for an order placed. We do notify all customers within one business day of placing an order. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Enjoy day! Cindy

Not worth waiting for
After having almost given up waiting (months) I finally got my prescription sunglasses with all the costly upgrades only to find them looking like some welder googles. I have a pretty high prescription but even the cheap glasses from Warby Parker have been fine in the past, in the sense that if I get a plastic frame the glass does not protrude above the edge of the frame. These glasses on the other hand were about twice the thickness of the frame, hence my reference to welder googles. And this was suppose to be a high index glass. Very disappointed.
Response from SimplyEyeglasses.comAug 24, 2014
Mr. Schalin, I do apologize for your disappointment with our company. The original PERSOL we received was defective. When reordering the frame it was on a manufacture back order. We order all frames directly from the manufacture to ensure authenticity. This keeps our prices low. We gave you a return authorization on 7/28/14. We have not received your eyeglasses back as of today. We will issue you a full refund. If you don't mind, I would like to have my laboratory manager inspect your eyeglass lenses. If we made a mistake and can make your lenses thinner, we would like the opportunity to remake your lenses, in an a timely manner. Again, I apologize. Enjoy your day! Cindy 1-866-665-6393
