SimplyEyeglasses.comReviews of simplyeyeglasses.com

I am really happy about my purchase with SimplyEyeglasses.com. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I received my glasses faster than expected and everything was built to specifications. I believe that I have found "my tribe" and will be going to them going forward for my eyewear needs.

Cindy was patient and professional and answered all my many questions. It is my second purchase from them. Excellent place to do business with and trust your eyewear to.

Ordered frames and the customer service was wonderful. They were older frames but Cindy took care and located some for me. Took the extra time to make sure I was happy. Very pleased!

After looking for a hard-to-find frame from a few places, Cindy, from SimplyEyeglasses.com found it directly from the manufacturer, and got it ordered and delivered to me as quickly as possible. THANK YOU so much for your Excellent Customer Service, Cindy, and SimplyEyeglasses.com. This is a Quality Company you can Trust.

I was very hesitant, if not scared, about ordering my glasses online. I had never ordered online but the frames I wanted are no longer available at any retailer in the island were I live. With the previous two pairs of glasses I had to settle for what I found in the stores and had problems with the glasses that were not quite right.  I decided to see if I found the frames on the internet and saw that Simplyeyeglasses carried them. The first time I called I just wanted to ask questions and see if it convinced me. My prescription is for progressive lenses that vary greatly from one eye to the other, one eye needing a lot of correction. The type of frame I wanted is with the glass exposed (there isn't a frame around the glass) which can be difficult to work with my type of prescription because it's difficult to "hide" the difference between one lens and the other, and the circumference of the lens is very small to fit the progression of the progressive lens. The representative from Simpyeyeglasses answered all my questions and addressed my fears thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about the options I had and explained everything in detail.  I thought it would be so complicated and she made it very straightforward and easy.  The glasses turned out perfect. I love them! I wish I had decided to give it a try sooner.

Cindy was so kind, patient and helpful! This was my first time buying glasses online and Cindy made it so easy. I really appreciate her expertise. I got my glasses and am very happy. Thanks Cindy - you’re the best!

My third pair of Liberty Sport Biker prescription sunglasses. CSR Cindy is awesome help and accommodating. Will continue to buy from them.

I just got my first online ordered prescription bifocals with my frames. WOW! This is the first pair of perfect glasses in 60 years! Wish I'd done this sooner.
