I just got this pen today. WOW! What a pen. Beautiful ink flow. I am looking forward to using it everyday.

I placed an order before Christmas as a gift, however, when it still hadn't arrived after 2 months I initiated a ticket with their customer support. After some runaround about the location of my order I was told that it was lost by the carrier and there was nothing they could do. Further, they could not provide a replacement for the products that were ordered due to stock shortage, and expected me to be satisfied paying for a different colourway. They did offer to include another pen (still not anything that matched my original order), but in the end a refund was issued because I was not satisfied with the resolution. Disappointing outcome as I was very interested in receiving this product for myself and the intended gift recipient.

I bought these 2 for one, and one worked awesome, but the other had a problem. I contacted customer service. They were great. They gave me a few things to try. Unfortunately it didn’t work. So they sent me a replacement at no charge. It arrived fast, and works assassins to. Thank you. I highly recommend these pens.

A co worker recommended the pen. I immediately noticed the difference between every other pen I’ve used. It has a good feel, and a consistent, smooth delivery of ink.
