The pens are great. I have ordered several of them. I had a problem with one of them and it took 11 emails and about a month to get them to send a replacement. I kept getting emails asking me to verify a number of things instead of sending all the questions in one email and in fact they had my order number so I see no reason that this repeated email situation was even necessary. I honestly felt as if they were hoping I’d get tired of the process and just give up. They did eventually send me a replacement pen but repeatedly made it clear that it was a one time deal. They treated me as if I was trying to cheat them because I requested a replacement or repair of a defective pen. So as far as customer service goes I would have given 1 star. However the pens are great and surprisingly very comfortable. I have tons of other pens and a death grip. I ended up ordering one of each color in fine nib. Two medium nibs. But that was only because it was taking forever to get replacement of the first one that I ordered. And I also ordered two extra fine nibs today. After I try the medium and extra fine nibs I will likely order more of them. I have no idea why but these pens are comfortable. I have dozens of other pens because I’m always looking for a more comfortable pen because I’m scribing the Bible and need to be able to write for long periods of time. So if I was just rating the pens I would have given 5 stars easily.

The pen is lovely and has a nice weight and feel, but the first day I tried using it, the ink leaks all over inside the cap, and the gets on my fingers when writing. I’ve double checked the cartridge is attached securely and I’m not touching the nib portion, so I’m not sure where the leak is coming from. I love the idea of the product, but this item was a little disappointing.

It didn't get sent until well after the 5-9 day delivery promise. They sent it immediately after sending a note. The pen looks and feels nice, but it absolutely bleeds ink, and I am not convinced that I have an EF nib as ordered. The box says EF, but my writing experience does not conform.

So far, the pens write very nicely and the look fantastic. I have concerns about the long term durability of the paint on the casing. There are already signs of chips coming off of the first pen I bought 5 weeks ago. There was a small delivery issue where I received the outer casing of a pen but not the inner pen liner and the pen itself. I submitted a claim which took longer than published on the website but Simplpens did follow through and corrected the issue. I received both pens. :)

They screwed my order up twice, but fixed it. Customer service responses weren’t always prompt, and sometimes took several days to hear back from them. My experience wasn’t bad enough I’ll never order from them again, but I definitely won’t be ordering from them again soon.

One pen writes lovely but one it skips a lot

I have ordered your product for more than six days but I didn’t receive any follow up details, such as when are you going to deliver the products, or just let me know your update process… . Now I am just waiting waiting waiting…

The pen finally arrived even though customer service was not helpful, and hard to reach. The pen is okay but had difficulties with making it work. Do not like that the cap does not fit on the other end of the pen.
