SimplpensReviews of simplpens.com

The pens were as advertised, the transaction was simple and painless and went off without a hitch, the pens came on time as promised. The cap fits on the body nice and tight and close with a satisfying click and a solid feel that the pen is indeed closed and even in my pocket they never come loose. They have a nice and solid weight and a good feel to them. All in all, a well made pen with one caveat. The only problem I have with the pens is that they didn't fit the ink converters that I have a dozen of and the ones that come with the pens don't hold as much ink as I'd like. The converters I have hold enough ink to last me about three weeks. These last me a week if I'm lucky. Other than that...I'd order more for my friends and family for Christmas.

I would absolutely love to give the 5 stars but for some reason I've had a few leaks with my pen. It writes beautifully. Design is sleek and color to the pen and the ink is so vibrant ( I got the multicolor ink pack). The pen truly is a unique touch to my pens. Maybe I unintentionally did something where I made my ink leak, not 100% sure but I had some stained fingers and drops fell onto my pages a couple of times, which there is no rubbing that out! I still think the pen design is worth the purchase. I might just be too heavy handed.

Lovely pen considering the price, beautiful colours, took a little while to arrive but worth the wait. Only criticism, pen cap doesn't post on barrel when in use but this wouldn't stop me buying again.

I am new to fountain pens. These are my second ones, and they were a great deal. I got these as buy one get one free and I added green and black ink cartridges. The pens came with converters, which is a plus- I am just not ready for inks yet. On one pen I make a mess when I write- but not with the other. I am not certain if that is a me thing or if it is an issue with one of the pens.

A good company making very nice pens. Decent, smooth ink flow. Sometimes, like any fountain pen, needs a quick "priming" stroke or two to initially fill the nib when you prepare to start writing. Does not bleed. Writes very well and smoothly. Great fountain pen for daily use. Just be aware, Nib sizes you choose tend toward a line being just a bit thicker than expectations. There are cheaper options available, but these are good quality entry level fountain pens built for everyday use. They also have some unique outer shell selections.

There was a frustrating problem with my order but this was resolved satisfactorily and very fairly by Simplpens. I've found the pens to be better made than expected. Other users have reported leaks but I have no experience of this and in my opinion they're very good, particularly at this price!

I ordered two pens, been using them for a little over a week now constantly for work. Wanted to set a refillable pen over having to constantly buy new ones. One works great. And i haven't seen any leaking and both fill very easily. Only complaint i have is the second pen. It is hit or miss if it will write. Its inconsistent, iv tryed making sure everything is connected. It fills perfectly fine. Just inconsistent. I do like the one that has no issues very happy with that one. I am using the refillable part for both not the cartridges.

The pen writes so smooth, no nib scratching on the paper. Huge plus that it already came with a converter. Had no issues filling it either. Handled a shimmer ink pretty well. It weighs a little heavy, giving a very premium feeling. The pen color was exactly as advertised. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Periodic updates on order were pretty helpful. Not sure if it was just confusion but the delivery person took a photo of the correct house but actually delivered the package to the home next door. Only reason I took one star off. If I didn’t have nice neighbors, I would never have gotten the pen.
