My order No:100085220. I have not received my e-ticket and I am unable to check my booking on the Rwand Air website also. Have sent an email as well as requested a call back from Simplio. Requesting an urgent revert.

Order 100075764. They do not call even after asking for call back. I even have not received my e ticket. not even in my spam.

I found Simplio.com when looking around for options to fly to Puerto Vallarta and have since used it to book for the third time. The site is cleaner and easier to use than many and booking is simple. Prices were offered competitively as advertised. Tickets are sent almost immediately after booking. If you are hesitating, give it a shot, this website is trustworthy.

I had booked 3 tickets from Bengaluru to Newark through this site. In one of the ticket when I booked the passenger name was given with a small spelling mistake. We had to remove 1 extra character in the sur name. When I requested for the same there was a response saying it could be done once checking with air lines. I checked with Airlines which I had booked the response I got was there was no such request. Now I am planning to cancel my tickets and will be booking through another agent. That's the only option left for me as travel date is approaching. The Order ID for the same is : 100067075 I am updating the review based on the feed back I got: I totally understand that it was my mistake to book with a wrong name. But as per your website this is what is written in the website; Airlines usually have strict rules about name changes on flight tickets so you should be attentive when filling in your name details. In some cases, you may be permitted to make corrections (usually involving 2-3 characters). If you have made a major mistake in passenger’s name and corrections are not acceptable, you will need to cancel your reservation and make a new booking. As per the above comments it can take corrections upto 2-3 characters but in my case there was only 1 character change. I was okay to cancel that particular ticket and re-book with a cancellation charges as applicable. But looks like even that is also not possible from your end . That is the reason I am disappointed . I am almost forced to make a cancellation for all the 3 tickets which I had booked which is not fair. I was okay to pay up the cancellation charges for the 1 ticket and book the same with the correct name .If that is also not possible then there is no point for me to use your website again for my next bookings. Currently I am cancelling all my tickets booked as of now for the order 100067075. That is the option I was given which is like most unfair option possible for a customer. UPD:Thanks for considering. But I was checking with the other agent looks like he already booked the tickets for me. So please go ahead and cancel all the 3 tickets. UPD: I would appreciate if the cancellation is done immediately for all the 3 tickets and will definitely re consider my 1 star rating if the refund is initiated ASAP.

The flight I booked was cancelled by airlines. Hence I had to cancel my ticket & requested for involuntary refund at Simplio. But, was no update for a week in the order status, despite chatting everyday with custcare. Eventually I called up airline, & they agreed to cancel & also made full refund. After that a week passed; but Simplio keep saying we have emailed airlines.. but no response from them yet. From customer's point of view, anyhow the trip plan got ruined due to cancellation & as well his money got stuck. Please help me to get refund. FYR, the Order ID: 100063571. This is a great site for searching information about flights. It has an extended list of airlines. You can use it with all confidence because you will get an amazing service and excellent prices. When I have traveled I have felt satisfied with them. I recommend them for all they have to offer.

My experience was positive from here. I got extreme support and help from the guys to purchase my tickets. The service was top class. Would definitely recommend the service for booking tickets.
