i had booked a return ticket from Juba to Cairo (ITINERARY #100088125 30 MAR, 2017), however I am not able to check my ticket on the Ethiopian Airlines website also there is no PNR number given in the eticket. The website of Simplio is not working also, no option to check booked ticket.

I had made a mistake in one of the tickets I booked (ITINERARY #100088345). I had missed out the middle name of one of the passengers. I called up the airline (Iberia) and they confirmed that it was possible to add the middle name. However, they also said that since I had booked it through an agent (Simplio) only the agent could make the change. I received an extremely prompt call-back from Simplio and my problem was taken care of super-quick and quite painlessly. Thank you very much!
