Horrible service provider. I have been plagued not only with unaccounted for charges but poor coverage and absolutely useless customer service. Stupid endless looping ai and when you do get an actual person they are rude, have no knowledge and totally unintelligent and useless. Try any other carrier.

Terrible scammers! Thats simple mobiles new name! They have been doing this to me for over 15yrs!!! Now I have had just about enough of their scam! Bought a phone went to activate said sims card was void, then bought a new sims card went to activate guess what it's also void. Said that phone and sims would not work or compatible in my zip code area.. Then the cooperate office tells me to buy a new sims. Why should I have to why can't they just unvoid the sim that came with phone.. well it's about the money.. this prepaid simple phone company is a fraud, they are scamming people.. they a freaking joke. Do not buy from them

The customer service agent was very disrespectful and didn't know what they we're doing. Also after hanging up on me it kept happening and finally had to call back the next day and still couldn't get my problem resolved was promised things in the past also never received! Needless to say this will be the last time I have service through them! Goodbye SIMPLE Mobile!
