Shipping issues galore. Have talked to customer service multiple times but my order from Cyber Monday has yet to ship. They just give me excuses and say "you should expect your order shipped this week". I also ordered trash bags that was shipped and deliver a few days ago, weeks after ordering. After promising "shipped tomorrow", you'd think they would honor this or at least give you some type of real answer besides blaming it on FedEx. FYI, I have ordered from many other companies with 0 issues from FedEx. I am tempted to order from another vendor instead of simplehuman for a simplehuman product! If you want to run your company like this, there is something severely wrong with your fulfillment process.

I can’t even believe how awful this company is for selling “quality products” I placed my order on cyber Monday & im still waiting for the first one that hasn’t left their warehouse & the second one they shipped because they claimed fedex had my package yet it wasn’t scanned for a week. They create shipping labels so you have a tracking number and don’t ship until weeks after. Probably made to order or they sell products that aren’t in stock. Even when they’re advertising 3 day shipping. Contacted customer service 3 times. They insult my intelligence over & over by insisting Fedex had the package. Which is impossible considering as I previously stated, it wasnt scanned for a week. At this point I don’t even want the mirror & I just want my money back. Please don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews. I’m so serious, they’re awful.

Your site stinks, your product does not work, I cannot get through to you using my order number it says it’s incorrect, your site stinks your product stinks I need a new one or a return, I do not recommend anyone buying this

As I continue to deal with this company, I would really like Simplehuman to see their customer service through the eyes of my FIRST experience. 1. Ordered items online seeing a promise of FREE SHIPPING 3 days or less. (website STILL shows that promise; no disclaimer) Order placed 8/16; items received 9/5 2. Credit card charged IMMEDIATELY; most companies charge the card when the items are SHIPPED. 3. Tried many many times to track down my order via ONLINE CHAT. EACH & EVERY time I got to the point to input my order number, CHAT OFFLINE would appear and my information would disappear!! 4. Next, contacted Customer Service via email trying to find out if items were ever shipped. Emails were politely answered but no resolution nor truth was offered. Finally asked for a PHONE CALL or cancellation of order. Phone call received with an explanation of the situation. FYI, most people can deal with things IF they are told of the situation; vague answers & no communication does not foster trust in your company. 5. Order finally received ... accompanied by a duplicate order. I notified Simplehuman and now it is "my responsibility" to "re-pack" the items down to 1 box, print the return shipping label sent via email then attach and deliver the package direct to FEDEX. There are so, so many ways this whole ordeal could have been handled better. The amount of time and inconveniences I have endured dealing with Simplehuman greatly diminish and overshadow the quality products you sell. I cannot in good conscience recommend your company.

Same as everyone else, bad customer support. Also shipping times are incorrect on their website. They are basically lying to their customers. You contact customer support and they tell you to contact them back in a few days. Not a way to run a company.

I should have read the reviews before, because then I would have known, that this company does not care about delivery times. I am now waiting since over 2 weeks for my shipment, and as off today, I don’t even have a delivery date any longer. It was scheduled and paid for to be delivered a week ago. After not receiving it last week, I wrote an email to support, but no response. I then got a new delivery date, but that was canceled as well. Wrote another email to them, and still no response. To me this sounds like fraudulent behavior or at least total ignorance towards customer. It was a birthday present, and I asked them if they are out of stock the should tell me, and I substitute, but nothing. Never again, and I even will cancel this order. They accept your money (and they are pricey), but they after that, they are done with you.

Good products, but I wouldn't purchase from their online store. The customer experience is one of the worst I've ever encountered. My order took 3+ weeks and multiple emails for them to ship. They refused to cancel the order after multiple requests. There was no warning of shipping delays, and their form letter response to my email didn't even include an apology for the inconvenience. After the form letter, they stopped responding to email.
