Listen up, queens and beauty enthusiasts! Your girl has been a DEVOTED simplehuman stan for years - we're talking trash cans, soap pumps, the WORKS. Their products have been giving me LIFE... until now. When my sister's original simplehuman mirror gave its last death drop (battery died), she bought another one faster than you can say "sickening." But what arrived was about as stable as a baby giraffe in heels. The TEA: The base isn't flat, honey! We've got the receipts - a side-by-side video showing her old mirror standing firm like a veteran queen, while this new one is wobbling more than a first-time performer in 6-inch platforms. And before you ask - yes, we tried the replacement. Same. Exact. Problem. Now, customer service was polite but kept insisting this wobble was "functioning as intended" and "within expected parameters." They really looked at a video of their old mirror standing perfectly still next to this wobbly new one and said "Yes, this is the fantasy." The gag is: 1. This new model needs more touching than the old one (it's got dimming features) 2. At this price point? Baby, NO 3. Their previous model was stable as a house down boots - we literally have the proof! simplehuman really said "Wobble? We don't know her" and tried to convince us this is normal. Girl, I've seen more stability in a season 1 relationship on RuPaul's Drag Race. Don't get me wrong - their other products still slay. But this mirror? It's gonna be a no from me, dawg. PSA: If you still buy it, test that stability the MOMENT it arrives. Don't wait to discover you've got a wobbly queen on your hands when you're trying to beat that face. Purchased 2 one for myself and another as a gift as I thought it was a good design and practical product. Big disappointment! I placed mine on the side of bathroom sink where it meant to be. The soap dispenser keeps dispensing soap for no reason resulting in messy puddles. I still have the box as it is a recent purchase. Not happy at all do not recommend! I have other Simple Human products which are good but the soap dispenser is a disappointing product! My order number SHUK559186 London

About 18 months I got a rechargeable soap dispenser, suddenly the dispenser stopped working, I did everything the technical support said to do and didn’t work, I contacted CS, and they ask for receipt, video serial number, I send all that, and then they said that the guarantee was over and send me a 20% discount code, for what I paid for the dispenser I don’t need a code I need a replacement! This simplehuman products are not worth the money, get something else out there that is similar and cheaper and most likely will last longer than this expensive product

My voice activated trashcan stopped responding to voice. My warranty was accepted and a replacement lid assembly was sent. The replacement also didn't respond to voice. I tried again and was asked for my proof of purchase?! I complained (no humans to speak with) and was sent a notification that another replacement was in the mail. Why has it been 45 days in the mail?! I will never buy another expensive product from them.

Trash cans are nice the manual ones, stay away from the automated ones the engine will die quickly. Their mirrors are nice, mine died after 7 tears. So I looked for a new one, their basic one at $130 costs 8 to 10 times less on Aliexpress! So good bye Simple Scam.

Ordered the dish rack but wanted to return because if was to big. No way to reach a human being. The BOT finally had Fed Ex pick up. I returned it and have not gotten a credit. Cannot get any response even from the BOT. Would never recommend them.

We purchased a SimpleHuman Soap Dispenser just over two years ago. We loved it. However it broke just a few weeks after the warranty expired! We tried everything, including troubleshooting videos. Simple Human reached out for a 20% discount on our next purchase. Why would anybody buy a product that breaks so soon??
