Overpriced and poor quality products with short lifespan. After care support is AI generated, after SKU and Model #s are provided, encourages troubleshooting measures and when they fail, request evidence of issue only to decline valid claim and suggest repurchasing of product. No thank you!! Lost a customer over a defective sensor pump dispenser and lack of support and service. Absolutely no accountability. Price point is high and does not align with poor product quality nor longevity.

Bought two liquid sensor pumps. Both died within 3 years. Customer service did nothing about it. I understand it was over the 2 year warranty period but I don’t expect both units being non functional shortly thereafter. Never again, terrible products.

I would give -1 stars if possible. Soap dispenser quit working after a couple of years. Customer service is non-existent joke. This is a very expensive item. The company should be ashamed. Do not buy their products.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We had a nightmare trying (and failing) to get a lid replaced for a broken lid despite having a warranty. Terrible / nonexistent customer service powered mainly by AI. Will not support this company again.

Terrible experience!! Bought a mirror and it stopped working after less than a year. Tried to contact customer service and it took hours. When I finally contacted someone they offered a replacement but were out of stock in the color I needed. They told me to order a different color which wouldn’t match my decor. I asked for a refund as they didn’t have the mirror I was replacing. They refused and referred me to their warranty policy. So I’m stuck absorbing $200 or ordering a mirror that doesn’t match my newly remodeled bathroom. Overpriced garbage.

Poor quality. Don’t buy electric pumps, once it’s broken, you’re done!! They will not replace, the will not repair. BUT they will give you full of scapegoat. They don’t have sense of accountability for any issues in your product. Don’t waste your money. Trust me after a year your pump is not gonna work, and they will tell you “out of warranty “ . Whatever simplehuman is a simple stupid product.

They came up with a custom size that's both taller and narrower than the standard 13-gallon size, so standard bags don't fit, and they jacked their bags up to more than twice the price (30+ cents compared to 15 cents).
