The worst customer service ever!!!! No phone number,just email and some BS chat with computer. Asked for some shipping paper work weeks ago and since then nobody never get back to me. They just send me email few timrs how they work hard ony case: there is no case. I just need one form to be mailed from them to me: 15 seconds job: will probably stop buying stuff from them

Just purchased a simplehuman soap dispenser from QVC.Tried to register online but to no avail.Rang simplehuman a person called Chloe answered the phone and cut me off before my explanation was given.I rang back and the same person answered.I asked if I could register my product but wasn't interested and told me to go back online to register,I said I was struggling but was not interested.This is probably the worst customer service I have dealt with.Some training on manners would help.

The absolute worst customer service for a defective trash can! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Poor customer service, not helpfull at all, after exchange first bin because was not working at all second ben Voice control not working great, to open bin from voice control need to say few times open can …. hmmm. Will need to come back to customer service again!!! Will never buy again anything from this company.

I would give it a zero if I could. While the products are very nice, there is absolutely no customer service. Tried to use the chat and just went in circles with it. So I submitted a request for reach out since my order was MIA and had stopped tracking days before. They say they will get back to you in 24 hours but what they actually do is send you links to things on their website and ask if that answered your question….uh no, not even close. No follow up has happened. There is no phone number to call. Just horrible. Not sure where the name simplehuman came from since you can’t find a human to talk to when you experience a problem. Maybe order and cross your fingers might be a more suitable name for their organization. Do not expect quick shipping or any kind of response if you order from them. They seem to over promise and under deliver.

Very poor customer service! I purchased a product on mid December of last year fir my wife’s birthdate in January and still did not get it. I have contacted them many tones snd each they keep telling me it will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Its now 3 months later. I have never seen such an incompetent company!

Need a broken bin lid replacing. At the prices of the bins, it made sense to replace it. I was informed they were out of stock but would be back in in 3 months. After 3 months, I had to ring again and was given exactly the same message. When they did appear, I ordered one. Dpd, tried twice to deliver it and failed. I had their App so checked it. They were trying to send it to a different address. I emailed Simplehuman to explain the issue. They informed me to download dpd App so I could view where it was!! Great help. Long story short we spent several weeks emailing back and forth and eventually the Lid was returned to Simplehuman. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. They redid "Unfortunately the package has been returned, would I like it to be resent or a refund' ...the story of all my email dealings with them. Utterly useless! So refund it is, and I will buy another bin from another company.
