Paying for support means a 2 minute wait for a LIVE Chat with someone to Help or Guide. Servers are always running smooth and Mine is HEAVILY Modded. I chose the 8 gb and I have 355 mods running and it's not even a drop in the bucket. Stop searching for a Server site and use this one! my Minecraft handle is vaulthunter1212 just so you know I'm not a paid reviewer or anything

if it weren't for these guys i would've been lost trying to set my server up and i wouldve been so frustrated looking up youtube videos, W investment into SimpleHostGamingServerss

Kane McDermott was my support person and I couldn't be more pleased with the help I got. They stuck around for what felt like an hour to resolve my issue and at the end of the day I got to use all the mods I wanted to. Wouldn't dream of anything better when it comes to tech support

Was quick and Knowledgeable! Didn't mind taking the time to really help

The IT guys running this make it a great hosting company. Only one so far with chat and I am an idiot with this stuff but thanks to their help I am learning. Sweet company. The best.

The ease of using these servers is a huge selling point. I really love how quick and easy it was to just get to playing modded minecraft with all my friends - it was way shorter than I expected it to be. My other top point is how quick and helpful the customer service is if I run into problems. They've made it so easy to figure out complicated issues and get back on track. Best money I've ever spent on gaming.

Honestly I've used the help service a handful of times in the short time of using SimpleGameHosting.com and everytime I received welcoming helpers! They would configure the problem and fix it, all while treating you like a normal person. Very friendly people and the support itself is why I think this server hosting company is worth choosing!
