the cost isnt the best, but i like this service
the cost isnt the best, and sometimes my server crashes because of lack of memory because of my (multitude) mods, but im very happy to be able to play with my friends, especially with mods, if you like vanilla minecraft, youll have a wonderful, inexpensive time, but i have to pay for the extra ram, i like their service a lot, however. Nic King is a very helpful customer service agent

Easy to Use and Helpful Customer Care
Simple Game Hosting has been a fantastic experience! I have followed Nic on YouTube since I began playing Minecraft. I wanted to start a server for me, my son, and my granddaughter. Imagine my excitement when I discovered he had launched his own server! The customer service, especially the chat support, is top-notch. Both Nic and Elija were incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the process, which is very straight forward. I just couldn't decide on an installation so I tried a few. A huge thank you for the excellent server and the invaluable expertise provided!

Elijah really helped me out
Elijah really helped me out. The server was not running and Elijah knew exactly what to do when I explained my situation. It took nothing more than his help to get me to successfully run my server. They are a model customer service employee, I wish them the best and hope the company recognizes what an asset Elijah is to the company.
