Why Haven't You Hosted a Server From SimpleGameHosting Yet?
All my questions were answered and gave all the information required for me to fix any issues. Customer support is amazing on all fronts (thank you Brian and Nikola) the only thing I'd give as a critism would be the amount of links given instead of writing out a response. This is a tiny nitpick because most of the time they would right out a response and they have those web links for a reason so they don't have to repeat it again and agva9in but I absorb information and can understrand through the conversation itself and specifics used for my situation. So if they were more open to just talking it through more (which they already do a lot and are fantastic at) All and all fantastic server hosting and absolutely brilliant customer service!

I’m glad to hear Brian and Nikola were able to get everything resolved and that the overall support experience was a great one. I also appreciate the honest feedback around documentation links versus more written explanation.
