SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

They were really helpful throughout the process with detailed answers and suggestions. I have worked with them for my work permit, advance parole, green card and now removal of conditions. I am also planning to work with them for naturalization as well!

They are amazing and I strongly recommend their service.

Started off with fast replies, then no replies. Didn’t even check my emails until I called 3 weeks later.

Hello everyone, My name is Mike and this is my story with SimpleCitizen. I came into the United States as an international student and shortly after graduation my girlfriend and I tied the knot. With student loans to pay and life happening, it clearly became evident that hiring an immigration lawyer to oversee my adjustment of status was out of the question. SimpleCitizen popped up high in my Google search results while looking for alternatives to immigration lawyers for the green card application process and the first thing that jumped out to me about them was the price! For under $400 you get direction plus support in this tedious process. As a recent graduate I couldn’t be happier to have that as an option. SimpleCitizen really made the process much simpler. With Matt and McKay and their team I found people that are polite, responsive and very knowledgeable about the immigration process. All I had to do is provide my information and they put it together neatly for me to mail to the USCIS after laying my signature. The meticulous person I am, every time I called to ask a question they answered promptly and made sure the issue was fixed in a very professional manner. The website they use is very well constructed. It allows you to upload all the information you need to provide to USCIS from the comfort of your home at your own time. To me, this beats having to set appointments with a lawyer you will only meet a number of times any day. I really wish more people going through this process knew about this and I highly recommend SC.

We were introduced to Simple Citizen (SC) from my wife’s family member who was in process of using SC. They have since been approved and are green card holders. So we decided to use SC and have been pleased at the responses and actions of Matt and Sam and legal team of SC. We have submitted our I-130 and awaiting feedback from USCIS. We plan to be moving forward w next docs and getting my wife’s Green card as she was a lawyer before in her country. Thank you

I got a letter from USCIS requesting the proof of joint sponsor's US citizenship. When Simplecitizen review my package, they did not let us know the joint sponsor should submit citizenship proof. It's a silly mistake and cause delay of my application. When I email simplecitizen, they responded much slower than before.

Simple Citizen is a truly amazing firm with the highest standards of customer service. The staff is not only helpful with questions and uncertainties, but well informed providing pertinent information to an individual situation. Their guidance maximizes efficiency, both in timelines of processing and reducing the financial potential of multiple applications. All the while holding your hand and abundantly reducing the potential stress associated with this process.

Best decision I could have made was using simple citizen. They were extremely helpful and got it done in a timely fashion answered all my questions (and I had alot). Forever grateful.
